How much does post-renovation cleaning in Baku cost?
A basic post-renovation clean starts at 2 ₼ per m², a complete one from 3 ₼ per m², and a VIP package from 5 ₼ per m². The price depends on the area, how much building residue is left, and whether you add upholstery dry cleaning or grout work. We confirm the figure before the team arrives.
When should I book it during the renovation?
Book the clean once all the dusty work is finished and the furniture is either out or covered. If builders are still drilling or painting, dust keeps settling and the place has to be cleaned twice. We can come the day the contractors hand over the keys.
Do you remove paint, silicone and grout marks?
Yes. The complete and VIP packages include removing paint drips, silicone smears and grout haze from glass, tiles, floors and skirting. Very stubborn marks on delicate surfaces are tested first so we do not scratch them.
How long does it take?
A one or two-bedroom flat usually takes a team of two to four people most of a working day. We finish in one visit where possible and tell you the expected timing when we quote, based on the area and the state it is in.
Do you take away the construction debris?
We collect and bag the leftover renovation debris and packaging as part of the clean. Large amounts of building waste are agreed in advance, since removing it from the building may need extra time or transport.
