Regular office cleaning starts at 2 ₼ per m² and a deep clean from 2.5 ₼ per m². For a recurring contract we quote a fixed monthly figure based on your area, how often you want us, and whether windows or post-construction work are included. The price is agreed before we start.
Do you work off-hours or at night?
Yes. We clean before staff arrive or after they leave, so the office is ready without anyone working around us. Night and weekend slots are common for business centres in Baku and we set the access and alarm routine with you in advance.
Can we sign an NDA and a service contract?
Yes. We work under a written contract, issue invoices for accounting, and sign an NDA when your team handles sensitive documents or equipment. The same vetted cleaners are kept on your site.
How do you control quality?
Every visit follows a checklist agreed with you, a manager inspects the site periodically, and we send photos on request. If something is missed, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Do you clean after a renovation or fit-out?
Yes. Post-construction cleaning removes building dust, glue and paint marks from floors, glass and frames, and we collect the leftover debris. It is priced separately from regular cleaning because it takes more time and a larger crew.
Do I need to provide supplies?
No. Cleaners bring professional equipment and certified products. If your office needs a specific product or fragrance-free option, tell us and we use it instead.
